Das Restaurant ist nicht groß genug für die Anzahl der Gäste. Daher ist es eng und laut. Es wäre besser, noch ein zweites Restaurant einzurichten.

hervorragende Lage mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf die Wasserfaelle. Wanderwege starten direkt am Hotel. Personal freundlich. Bietet alle Vorzuege eines Komforthotels.

Die Architektur des Hotels ist leider wenig an die Landschaft angepasst. Es wird kein airport bzw. city shuttle service wird angeboten, stattdessen Taxis.

Es gibt kein kostenloses WIFI, und das trotz des stolzen Preises!

The view of the Iguazu Falls. This is the only reason why I would suggest this hotel to anyone. However, based upon the cost of the hotel as opposed to other hotels a little further from the hotel, I would never recommend the hotel. Based upon my experience of the hotel, it would be very doubtful if I would stay at any other Sheraton Hotel.

1) Rooms dilapidated - It rained one day and our room got flooded. 2) Lack of entertainment - The hotel is in the middle of a nature reserve and the nearest bar/restaurant is 20 minutes drive away, despite this the hotel provides zero evening entertainment. 3) Lack of courtesy buses to town - given the price of the rooms, the remote location of the hotel and the lack of entertainment, I do not think this is unreasonable, The hotel seems to rely solely upon its location, which is OK for this hotel but seriously compromises the perception of the Sheraton brand.

The location was just perfect... Inside the National Park, and you actually can drive directly to the hotel with easy access (when driving). The room I stayed was the falls view, with the morning sun, just perfect to relax.

Understand its location and not much to complain, but the wter pressure of the shower could be better. Also had problem with internet connection, but again, understand its location and can be accepted.

The room was not properly seald and there fir we woke up in the morning and found all kind of bugs and incents. We changed a room and again found bugs inside the room. Very unplesent feeeling

Extreme convenience for visit to iguazu falls

A small criticism is lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room - a warm drink in our room while drying out after a wet day would have been nice.

The hotel was very comfortable and the people do a lot to make make sure you enjoy your stay. The best part of the hotel is its location and amazing view of the falls. The hotel is pricey, but worth the cost for the added bonus of being in the park Loved it.

What is there not to like? We had a perfect room on top floor withy panoramic views to the Falls. The room was lovely with balcony and bath. The food was excellent with choices of formal or informal dining and excellent bar snacks to be taken on a wide terrace overlooking the amazing view. Beautiful pool and spa and grounds and right at our doorstep all the trails and trains for viewing the Argentinian side of the Falls - better, in our opinion, than the Brazil side because of greater variety of walks. The hotel has its own fleet of taxis and so you can get to Brazil or airport with no trouble at all. We would highly recommend this hotel.

unbeatable location right in the national park, views of the falls as soon as you walk into reception stunning. relaxing swimming pool perfect after walking around the falls to be able to relax in the pool

no free drinking water - stingy when you consider the price. Bit penny pinching with the toiletries too.

How close it was to the Falls...10 minute walk to the most amazing sight in the world.

The convenience of the walking areas to the falls! Absolutely beautiful ! Hot &humid -so lovely yo relax in the swim pool with a great view.

The whole building looks a bit tired &needs a paint &upkeep outside. It relys on location! Location!location! However, it is a relaxing & lovely envitonment.

The hotel staff are very effecient as we were checked in and out in a few minutes. Room service was fast and they had a good selection.

The hotel has a good location as it is in the park. It is a very good hotel, the rooms are very good and hotel has lots of amenities. The restaurant is very expensive, cheaper option is to have something off the bar menu. Enjoyed our stay.
